The project was a design project aimed to enhance the property for a future sell. I designed the main building of the legendary studios site in Neve Ilan. The change was mostly cosmetic and included choosing shades for the walls, poles and banisters, changing the lighting fixtures, choosing flooring and parquet, and planning and designing the toilets. The site was sold a year after the end of renovation.
